Spent yesterday showing a client around town, focusing a lot of our time in lake neighborhoods. She was so excited and kept talking about moving away from the city to a slower pace, having coffee on a deck overlooking the lake, finding her peace. Her excitement reminded me of the 15 years Stephen and I talked about living on the lake while we lived in Cali, Ohio, Vegas and even Hot Springs. Then we were able to buy a house on the lake 4 years ago. Sometimes I take this for granted so today I went and sat on my dock, finding my own peace. So fortunate to live here.
