Congrats to Tina on her new home! 💗🎉🏡

Tina reached out to me about 2–3 months ago because she wanted to move here to be closer to her dad. From the very beginning, we were on a mission & she now officially holds my record for the most homes viewed in one weekend... 22 houses in just 2 days! 🫣😅
Our journey definitely had its ups and downs. We were on a tight timeline with her home closing in Chicago, and the first house we got under contract ended up not working out so we had to move quickly and find the right one.
Thankfully, we found this adorable home just in time and won it in a bidding war! 🤸🏽‍♀️😜 We probably had a little too much fun house hunting, & I truly enjoyed getting to know Tina throughout the process.

I've been working with this sweet family for the past couple of months, and even though we had a few houses that didn't work out, I loved getting to know Crystal & Jason through it all! Sometimes it just takes a little patience (and LOTS of prayers 🤍), because not every house is THE house.
