I’m seeing a noticeable shift in buyer behavior here in our area. Buyers are more patient and selective, and many are negotiating harder now that homes are staying on the market longer. On the flip side, well-prepared homes that are priced right are still moving, just not as quickly as last summer. Sellers should focus on first impressions and strategic pricing.
