🍀 What a wonderful way to kick off the year! 🍀

Today we held our first HSBOR Membership Luncheon of the year, and it was a great afternoon filled with connection, celebration, and a reminder of the impact our REALTOR® community can make.

A heartfelt thank you to our guest speaker, Kori Holder with the Hot Springs School District, who shared how the Cans for Kids program is making a real difference for students in our community. Her message was incredibly moving and a powerful reminder of why this program matters so much.

We’re also grateful for the generosity of our affiliates who stepped up to support Cans for Kids through donations today:

A special congratulations to Nancy Chandler, who was recognized today as our HSBOR REALTOR® Hall of Fame recipient for her 25 years of continuous REALTOR® membership with the Hot Springs Board of REALTORS®. Thank you, Nancy, for your dedication to the profession and our association.

With a fun St. Patrick’s Day theme, great company, and a room full of members who care about their community, it was the perfect start to the year.

Huge shout out to Coldwell Banker RPM Group - Hot Springs for your incredible community spirit! Thank you for volunteering your time to sort, pack, and deliver shelf stable food items to our local schools.

Cans for Kids began in 2003 as an HSBOR initiative to help fight food insecurity among local students. What started as a small effort to feed children in need has grown into a lasting tradition of community care and generosity.

We appreciate each and every one of you!

📣 Early Voting Is Underway for the March 3 Primary Elections! 🗳️

Want to make your voice heard in local, state, and national contests? Early voting has already begun and runs through Monday, March 2 — giving you plenty of time to vote before Election Day! 🗓️

Not sure where to vote? Use the Arkansas Polling Place Search tool to find your early voting location or Election Day polling place:

Whether it’s choosing nominees for U.S. Senate, state legislature and judicial races, or weighing in on local offices and school board seats right here in Hot Spring County, every vote builds a stronger community.

Early Voting Details:
• February 17 – March 2
• Times vary by location — many open 8 a.m.–6 p.m., with weekend options too.

Election Day:
• Tuesday, March 3 — polls open 7:30 a.m.–7:30 p.m.

If you haven’t yet checked your polling place or ballot options, go ahead and look them up now. You can cast your ballot early at a location that works with your schedule — no waiting until Election Day!
