🎉 Celebrating 150 Years of Hot Springs! 🎉

Last night, members of the Hot Springs Board of REALTORS® traded contracts and closings for a little celebrating as we joined our community for the Hot Springs 150th Birthday Gala! 🥂

We’re proud to call Hot Springs home and even prouder to be part of a community with such a rich history, strong spirit and exciting future.

It was a wonderful evening celebrating 150 years of the city we live, work and serve in every day — and our HSBOR crew cleaned up pretty nicely, too!

What a fantastic evening! 💜

🏡 Advocacy in Action!

A huge win for REALTORS® and homeowners!

The 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act has officially become law, marking the largest housing legislation passed in decades. This milestone follows 21 months of advocacy by REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®, working to make housing affordability and supply a national priority.

The new law includes nearly 50 housing initiatives aimed at increasing inventory, improving affordability and expanding opportunities for homeownership.

This is exactly why REALTOR® advocacy matters. Thank you for being part of an organization that works every day to protect property rights and strengthen the future of real estate.
