This sweet little bear has already had quite the journey. 🧸

My clients drove across the country to close on their new home here in Hot Springs, then turned right around to head back home & start packing. Their daughter’s bear, the one she has had since she was born, was accidentally left behind at their Airbnb.

He is now safe, warm & hanging out with me until they return to their new home.

This is the part of real estate I love most. It is never just about houses, paperwork, or handing over keys. It is about taking care of people, even the smallest members of the family & their most treasured little bears. ❤️🧸

Today was such a special closing day. 🤍

My clients are moving here from out of state and chose Hot Springs as the place they want to call home. I’m so thankful they trusted me to be part of this journey and so grateful for every person who helped make this transaction come together!

We had the opportunity to learn more about advocacy & the legislative process & it was a powerful reminder that what happens in policy & government directly impacts real estate, private property rights & the communities we serve every day. These conversations matter & it is encouraging to be surrounded by people who are passionate about protecting our industry & staying informed.
