Exciting and scary at the same time! I get soo excited for people to fulfill their dreams of purchasing their first home and I love getting to be a part of that process! The scary part is that there is a lot of competition for the limited amount of houses available. This can be very frustrating but I believe that your “right” house and property will come along and that will be the one you get because it was meant just for you.
