Our real estate careers have included residential & commercial sales and property management. We are members of the National Association of Realtors, the Arkansas Realtors Association, Hot Springs Board of Realtors, and Cooperative Arkansas Realtors MLS. We are both natives of Hot Springs. Bill served 32 years and retired as a Captain with the Hot Springs Police Department. He worked as the Property Manager with Crye-Leike Property Management from 2011-2017 managing residential, commercial, and HOA/POA properties. He knows a lot about Hot Springs and the surrounding areas, which helps in real estate sales. Kristyn is the Managing Broker for Crye-Leike REALTORS, Hot Springs office, currently serves on the Hot Springs Board of REALTORS (HSBOR), and serves on Arkansas REALTORS Association committees. She served as the HSBOR President in 2019, was named 2019 REALTOR of the Year for HSBOR, is a 2013 Graduate REALTORS Leadership Academy, and an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR).
