Located at 210 Fountain, the Park Hotel (1930) was designed in Spanish Colonial Revival style. The architects were Thompson, Sanders and Ginocchio architectural firm and the building is 7 stories - tall for the time period. The Park incorporates verandahs in its design. The flat roof was originally used for outdoor events and dance parties.
The Park Hotel was added to the National Register in 1982.

Photo of the hotel is CA 1935 and photo of the ladies likely holding pies is perhaps a little later.
