Check out this little landscape job the crew knocked out in a bit over a day. See the before and afters. It’s amazing how eliminating a stone barrier edge and creating a nice crisp lawn edge along with cleaning up the beds entirely can do for a property. Also added some natural stone to eliminate some erosion and also make a nice edge around generator, propane tank and etc. very simple job but neat and tidy. That is what we do. Very proud of our crew! This was by far the most difficult landscaping task we have ever completed. Four members of our team have worked at this beautiful home in Drew’s lake at the top of a cliff for nearly two weeks straight building this retaining wall. The backside of this back cliff was slowly eroding away so a retaining wall needed to be built to ensure that erosion stopped. The amazing and hard part of this job was no equipment was able to get back there. A trench needed to be dug by hand so a concrete footer could be poured as a base to be sure this wall had a solid base. Every part of this job was done by manual labor even all 38 tons of ledge backfill had to be brought in by wheel barrow one load at a time. This was all manual labor. It was the only way it could be done and our crew got it done. Very proud of these guys and I think everybody learned a great deal on this project. The customer wants to wait for it to settle before we cap it and also build a patio on top of it all. The wall is there but the job is not done yet. They even built some steps out the back door. If you’re wondering where this home is just get on the lake and look up to the very top of the mountain or cliff. That’s where this was done. Great job done by all and happy we were able to help a valued customer of ours.

The crews worked hard the last two works days getting the new and improved Ivey’s bistro ready for the grand re-opening today. Lots of mulch bed, rock garden, seeding and mowing work was done. The crews came together and got it done. If you get a chance, go check out the new restaurant. Same awesome food and new modern, spacier venue. Happy to have it here in Houlton. Thanks Dan and Alex for trusting us with your landscaping needs. We appreciate the business!

Some before, after and during photos of a driveway re-graded for a customer. What a difference. Also hauled in some gravel here as well. Another happy customer!

I’m so proud of our team! A record year for us for spring cleanups, and the quality of work has not dropped. We have completed 80 spring cleanups and we got about 15 left. Help us reach our goal of 100! There’s still time for more!

One of the crews took this photo today! Spring Cleanups sure can be a messy and dusty job, but we enjoy them and the crews are amazing at them. So far 49 full spring cleanups have been completed and close to that many left! To our customers we haven’t gotten to yet we will be there very soon! We have worked on mostly in town stuff so far and will be hitting the outer areas very soon! We have done all of these in about two weeks so it won’t be long. Please be patient. We can handle even more if anyone needs us because Mother Nature is going to be sure we’re not mowing or landscaping anytime soon! My prediction is this will be a late mowing season! I want to thank my hard working crew of 9 men and also our awesome customers that are loyal to us. Thank you to each and every one of you!
