🏡Another home sold.
This one was special to me. 🩷

Over the last few months, I’ve showed multiple homes to great friends of mine. We wrote offers on multiple properties but they just didn’t work out. & that’s okay. 🩷 because during that time the perfect house came on the market— we scheduled to see it the same day and they fell in love. The house, the lot, the shed, the bayou behind the house. It was everything they wanted. We wrote our offer that day and it was accepted!

Our transaction was seamless thanks to a great team that made sure we all got to the closing table.
