Please take advantage of my measuring service. $50 for any reasonably sized house. The service includes a detailed floor plan of all structures on the dwelling, living area, exterior measurements, and interior walls with room labels and measurements. I can usually measure the house within 24 hours of the order and deliver the report the same day as the measurement.

Home Measuring Service for Realtors and FSBO. Temporary pricing of $50 for any home under 3,000 GLA. Larger homes can be quoted but will also include substantial discounts.

You will receive a detailed floor plan with all interior room measurements and exterior measurements which conform to Ansii standards as well as interior and exterior photos. I can also answer any questions regarding necessary repairs and FHA/USDA eligibility.

I can include an optional Flood Map with both Effective and Future (9/7/2023) Firm for $15.

FSBO sellers, do you really know what your house is worth? We have appraised several FSBO homes this year where the contract price was substantially less (one was 20% less) than the estimated market value.

I always recommend hiring a qualified Realtor. But if not, at least have your home appraised prior to offering it for sale.
