🏡 REALTOR® Safety Month: Don’t Forget the Garage!

When we think about home safety, the garage door probably isn’t the first thing that comes to mind — but it should make the checklist!

A few simple checks can help make sure your garage door is operating safely:

👀 Check the safety sensors near the floor.
🚪 Test that the door stops when the sensor is blocked.
↩️ Make sure the door automatically reverses when it meets an obstruction.
🔧 Keep moving parts properly maintained.
🧹 Keep the garage clear of clutter and potential fire hazards.

September 11 — We Remember

25 years later, we still remember.

We remember the lives lost, the families forever changed, the first responders who ran toward danger, and the countless acts of courage and compassion that emerged on one of our nation’s darkest days.

September 11 reminds us how quickly an ordinary day can become one we never forget — and how, in the face of unimaginable tragedy, Americans came together to help their neighbors, support strangers, and stand as one.

Today, we pause to honor the nearly 3,000 lives lost and all those whose lives were forever impacted by the events of September 11, 2001.

May we continue to carry forward the unity, kindness, service, and strength that followed.

We remember. We honor. We will never forget. 🇺🇸
