Another successful closing in the books — and this one was all about teamwork!

Today we closed the sale of a commercial property in Louisiana that involved multiple fractional-interest sellers and a buyer who was already the property's lessee.

Transactions like these don't happen without collaboration, communication, and trust from everyone involved.

A special thank you to Lori Scott of KW Commercial in New Orleans for partnering with me on this transaction. This was my first closing alongside another KW Commercial agent in our market, and Lori's professionalism and commitment to getting the deal across the finish line made for a great experience.
