I spent the first few hours of my morning out at my listing in Maryland Heights on Katiejo ct. The sellers have relocated and don’t have alot of options when it come to taking care of the house, yard and the pool until it sells.
This morning I picked up sticks, mowed and trimmed the yard, pulled and sprayed weeds and cleaned and topped off the pool.

Wrapping up 2025, I want to take a minute to acknowledge and give thanks to everyone who gave me the privilege of being your realtor this past year. 2025 was my most successful year in real estate since getting my license in 2022, and that would not have been possible without great clients.
