📚 FUN FACT:

5020 Montrose opened its doors on February 21, 1926, as The Plaza Hotel. It was modeled after the Ritz Carlton New York and was once billed as Houston’s first “million dollar hotel.” This rendering of the building dates back to its grand opening almost 100 years ago.

5020 Montrose was completely restored in 2007 and received the Good Brick award in 2008 from Preservation Houston.

Today it serves as a beautiful and distinctive office building, which is home to numerous businesses and professionals.
