Martina McNickles is a Residential Specialist and Military Relocation Professional (MRP) with Realinc’s Office of Jason T. As an agent with a professional background in urban planning, she helps clients view the neighborhoods they’re considering comprehensively. She has always been passionate about the built environment and how it shapes how we live, work, and play. Martina is a military spouse wh

As an alumna of the Texas Southern University Master of Urban Planning and Environmental Policy program with experience working with GIS mapping technologies, Martina has developed a deep understanding of the factors that influence real estate. She is also an active lifetime member and volunteer in the Girl Scouts of San Jacinto Council and serves on Texas Southern University’s ITEC Advisory Board. Her transition to real estate was a natural progression from her academic and professional experience and she’s excited to make a positive impact in her clients’ lives.

The 3rd Ward Real Estate Council is launching an innovative program to grow a community of small scale developers committed to missing middle housing and neighborhood scale commercial spaces. Accepted applicants will participate in an actual infill project and extensive curriculum of events and workshops. Upon program completion the small inaugural cohort will become a part of the organizations network of development partners and connected to financing for future projects.

Applications are now open and there's an interest meeting coming up soon. As a member of the 3rd Ward Real Estate Council's Do the Things that Matter! campaign I'm volunteering to support selected applicants chosen for the program.
