In the last 2 months, [May and June], the number of homes for sale on the market has started tocome back.We have twice the homes for sale right now that we did in April.With that said...
(and this is IMPORTANT for you to know)...We have only about ⅓ the homes for sale right now that we did same time last year (back inJune 2019)
So what does this mean for you if you are going to be selling?
Well, in one word:Opportunity.
When the number of homes for sale is low, this means fewer options available for buyers.
Right now the buyer market is very strong.
So what I’m seeing is many multiple offer situations. Where a home goes on the market andquickly gets multiple offers from buyers.
This causes some homes to sell for above market value.(This in turn gives you strong comps and price support for when you sell)
The timing is VERY GOOD right now to put a home on the market and sell for top dollar.
(Maybe even above normal market value).
Buyers are very active here in Pearland, Friendswood and surrounding communities right now.

The key here is to make sure your house is seen as the “best buy on the block”.
