Got to see the progress on the construction of my client's new home!! 🏠 Can't wait to see it fully finished!😍

As in any transaction, there have been details that we've had to work with the builder, but that is all part of it. There is always something to learn and work through! At the end of the day, we will ensure that my clients are the happiest they can be.

Did you know that in certain areas you have a limited amount of sod the builder is allowed to lay on your property?

Also, did you know you can voice your preferences on details that may seem inconsequential to the construction team, like the location of steps by the back patio, but it may personalize your new construction home even more?

There are some minor items that the construction team will be willing to personalize at no additional cost; therefore, having open lines of communication with them will allow you to get those details the way you want them!
We are confident that the final product will be worth it 😉
