Hello All,

We are looking for an Acquisitions Manager to join our team!

If you are interested in going the field of Real Estate and don't know where to start this is the perfect position for you.

Job requirements are as follows:

To initially reach out to potential leads, qualify the leads, convert quality leads into profitable transactions through tactical negotiations, relationship/rapport building, and proper evaluations of property/seller needs.

We'll teach you everything and provide the tools....it's up to you to make the next move.

We provide the leads and all you have to do is close them.

We require reliable transportation a cell phone and a working laptop

Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects. Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
Follow up with all potential leads with an offer range in the time promised.
Lead Generate on a daily basis
Participate in weekly Leadership Meetings in Office Conference room(will be virtual).
You will be working from remote location
Expected to be on phones on Monday through Friday and occasionally on weekends.
Must be available weekdays from 9am-12pm
Must be have a flexible schedule
Job Type: Full-time or Part-Time

Pay: $3,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
Pay: $36,000- $120,000 per year
