"Canada bans foreign real estate investors for two years"

Personally, I think that foreign money will now be forced to park its money in U.S. real estate. I am familiar they were already doing this. However, I think it will bring even more money into USA real estate. And will continue to be harder for non investors to buy houses to live in. And in return that will continue to make rent prices rise due to supply & demand. 😩
