“Should we list now, or wait until spring?”

Here’s the simplest way to decide:
If we listed next week, would you feel confident about the photos and the first weekend of showings?

✅ If yes, January/February can be a quiet advantage (less competition, serious buyers).
✅ If no, waiting can make sense—but only if you’re using the time to prep with a plan.
