I stopped by and now it’s your turn!

As a self-proclaimed foodie, I’m always on the lookout for the best eats in Houston. Annam Restaurant and Wine Bar is a must-visit for elevated Vietnamese-inspired cuisine with French influences. The interior was simply stunning, showcasing custom mosaic panels beneath the bar that depict Vietnam’s four seasons. I couldn’t stop staring at them.

Perhaps the most striking part of Annam overall, besides the impeccable contemporary Vietnamese small dishes, were the French porcelain plates by Limoges collected from around the world and personally curated by creator Chris Kinjo of MF Sushi fame. As soon as they put the plate down in front of me, I immediately lifted it up to see that it was made in France. That type of attention to detail is what captures my heart when dining in Houston!
