Today marks 5 years of Surge Realty ⚡️

Building an independent brokerage from the ground up right here in Texas is something I’ll never take for granted.

What started as a vision turned into a few people believing in it… and today we’re 59 agents strong with an incredible operations team behind us.

These last 5 years came with every stage imaginable, the honeymoon phase, learning systems and processes, understanding retention as a broker, and finally turning the corner where everything is flowing the way it’s supposed to.

Today, Surge Realty has over 100 listings as a brokerage, and that’s a huge accomplishment.

Every agent from the longest tenured to the newest one who just joined brings something special to this company. Everyone has their own superpower, and that’s what makes Surge different.

Proud of what we’ve built. Grateful for everyone who’s been part of the journey. Excited for what’s ahead.

Being a mother is already a full-time job… now add being a Realtor, business owner, leader, wife, and everything else life demands. 💐🏡

I asked some of the amazing mothers at Surge Realty how hard it is balancing motherhood with the real estate industry and the answer was real, raw, and inspiring. Wearing multiple hats isn’t easy, especially when you’re trying to show up fully for your family, your clients, and yourself every single day.

These women make sacrifices people don’t always see. The late-night calls, missed lunches, busy schedules, and still somehow finding a way to be present at home while building a successful career.

To all the mothers out there doing their best in every role they carry… we see you, we appreciate you, and you are truly superheroes. ❤️
