Hello Pineloch Community! We hope you are doing well. We wanted to share a gentle reminder and update regarding the voting process for the Short-Term Rental and Roof Amendments. As mentioned during previous meetings and in our community announcements, our governing documents require at least 67% homeowner participation for these amendments to move forward. At this time, we have reached 27% participation, and we would love to see more neighbors involved so every voice can be represented.

To make the process as accessible as possible, we have sent information in several ways—mailed notices, email updates, TownSq posts, electronic voting links, and even paper ballots during pool tag pick-up. If you did not receive any of these, it may be helpful to double-check that we have your current mailing address and email on file. Keeping this information updated ensures you never miss important community communications.

The Bay Area Chorus of Greater Houston begins the 2025-2026 season by saluting our veterans, with a concert titled Glory and Honor at 4 PM Sunday, November 9th, at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church for an afternoon of entertainment, reflection, and gratitude to those who have served our nation. Pool Tag Distribution Continues! Pool tag distribution began last Saturday—make plans to pick yours up this Saturday, May 10, or next Saturday, May 17, between 11 AM and 3 PM at the Oak Chase Pool.
Ballots will also be available for you to vote on important community matters, including:
• Short-term rentals
• Additional roof color options
• A proposed fine policy
Make your voice heard—cast your vote!

Please note:
• Annual assessments/dues must be paid in full to receive pool tags.
• Each household will receive 2 pool tags.
• Each tag admits up to 4 people.

For many months now, the Pineloch HOA has been working on replacing a missing parcel door on the mailboxes located on Grand Nugget Lane in Bay Knoll. A new door was ordered and has been received but efforts to get with the USPS (Albert Thomas) office have proved futile. We await a response from the post office as they must provide the necessary tools and be present when the new door is installed. Once the door has been replaced and is operative, we will update residents. Thank you.

Dear Pineloch Residents,

As you may have noticed, our community pools were significantly impacted by the recent severe weather. All three pools - Bay Knoll, Oak Chase, and Mabry Mill - were inundated with tree limbs, leaves, and debris. The pools looked like a tree bomb had gone off.

Our team has been working diligently to clean up the debris and restore the pools to a safe and usable condition. Here is the current status of each pool:

Bay Knoll: This pool was the worst affected in terms of debris. However, we are pleased to report that we will be able to reopen it this Saturday. Our team will be working today and tomorrow to remove the remaining debris.

Oak Chase: Currently without power. We will provide an update on its reopening as soon as power is restored.

Mabry Mill: Currently without power. We will provide an update on its reopening as soon as power is restored.

In the meantime, our team is continuing to work on debris removal and treating the pools to ensure they are safe and ready for use as soon as possible.

Attention Residents: The pools will be closed Sunday, 7/7, and Monday, 7/8, due to Tropical Storm Beryl. As a reminder, please plan to secure trash and recycling bins as well as any loose items around your home. We hope everyone stays safe as we hunker down!
