I stopped chasing balance.

One of my biggest takeaways from WCR Shaping Texas was simple: work and life won’t always divide themselves evenly—and that’s okay.

Building a business with my husband while balancing family, careers, leadership, and service has taught me that some seasons require more focus, while others call us to slow down and reconnect.

As her parents, there really aren’t words for what it feels like to watch your child work hard, stay focused, make grown-woman decisions 😂 and finally hold the keys to something that belongs to HER.
