Closed!!! Thank you for your business Cory and Rhonda.

Although Cory was a little difficult to work with him and Rhonda knew from the beginning that they had called the right guy for the job.

I was able to assist Cory and Rhonda with getting their home sold for the highest market price in the area. Other Realtors told us that we were over priced and threw salt in attempt to steal the listing. That didn’t phase me at all.

I advised my clients to be patient, remain calm and allow me to do my job. I reassured them that I had already ran comparables and knew that my price would appraise for buyers that would be financing.

The end result: We closed without dropping the price of the listing in a market that was stalled by increased interest rates while also setting a new max market value for properties sold in the area.

Before catching the game winning interception that sent to the super bowl where they were victorious. Travin had already chosen me to be his realtor.

As instructed I waited to contact him after the season had ended to give him space to focus on the game. After multiple showings I was able to assist him with finding his first home. I was able to work around his busy schedule to accommodate him in the best way possible.

My network was able to supply him with huge savings and a rapid closing.

4 months ago I assisted Tom and Nikki with their home purchase. Tom and his family of 2 kids, in-laws and dogs, Bobo and Brownie relocated to Houston, TX from Boston, MA. In just 2 days of searching I was able to find a property that Nikki would fall in love with at first site. Once the offer was accepted by the sellers I deployed a 100% of my network and resources to guide the transaction smoothly and see it to the end.
