• Ongoing disparities in access, approvals, and generational wealth

Then Politics & Pancakes made it clear policy is shaping the market.
We leaned into how legislation impacts affordability, rates, and supply and how we can better equip our clients with clarity, not confusion.

And the Fair Housing conversations? Necessary.
Not just awareness, but action teaching the next generation financial literacy and housing equity early.
