Over the years, he has held many positions from salesperson to Broker/Owner of a RE/MAX franchise with over 80 agents for 12+ years. He has taught, mentored, trained and coached thousands of agents and many of them today are among the top producers in their respective markets, while he himself has over 3,000 closings in his 37 years in the business. We're the company changing the game—leadership matters at every level, but more so at the local level. While Fathom Realty is a "virtual" brokerage, we employ local leaders in every market we serve. We charge our local leaders to help their agents one-on-one and physically bring their agents together regularly for training, social events, and community service.
