Every transaction has its own story, and this is one of them.
When I first started working with my clients, the plan was simply to find them a rental home. During our home tours, we had several conversations about homeownership, comparing the costs and benefits of leasing versus purchasing while reviewing their budget and long term goals.
After carefully evaluating their situation, we realized that buying a home was the better strategy. We adjusted our plan, started the home search, and ultimately found the perfect home in a wonderful neighborhood.
I am incredibly happy for my clients as they begin this exciting new chapter. My hope is that this home brings them years of happiness, great memories, and long term financial stability.
While renting can be the right choice in certain situations, if you plan to stay in an area for four or more years, homeownership is often worth exploring.
