As this month goes on, I keep thinking about how much happiness is meant to be shared.

Shared in conversation.
Shared in encouragement.
Shared in learning, in healing, in gathering, in laughter, and in the everyday moments that make a place feel alive.

The Family Garden is made more meaningful by the people who walk through its doors, offer their services here, attend classes, support the businesses inside, and help shape the sense of community this building holds.

Happiness feels even better when it is shared, and I’m thankful for the ways this community keeps doing that. 🌿

Sometimes happiness is not a big moment.

Sometimes it looks like support.

Support for your child.
Support for your body.
Support for your work.
Support for your well-being.
Support that shows up in a conversation, a class, a service, a shared space, or simply knowing there is a place nearby where people care.

That is one of the things I love most about community-centered spaces. They remind us that happiness is often built through care, connection, and being supported in the season you are in.

Little Spanish Brains is bringing an 8-week Saturday Summer Spanish Program to The Family Garden for children ages 3–9!

This program is designed to help children learn Spanish naturally through literacy, hands-on STEM activities, movement, experiments, creativity, and play. Each week explores a new theme — from colors and space to plants, water, weather, magnets, and more.

Your child won’t just sit and memorize vocabulary. They’ll explore, build, create, speak, and discover in Spanish.

Summer Program Details:

Ages 3–5
9:30–10:15 AM
45-minute classes
Spanish through literacy and STEM exploration
