He is one of our maintenance technicians, and today is his 5 YEAR ANNIVERSARY with Cushman and Wakefield, our management company! 🎉

He always has the biggest smile on his face, and every time he walks into the office, has a new "dad" joke to tell. 🤣 He's definitely someone we can always rely on, whether its to make us laugh or run towards a maintenance emergency! If you see him around the property, make sure to congratulate him on his big 5! 🥳🙌
