Houston-based Bryant + Stacy Group (BSG) has announced the completion of Ten Gateway One, the company’s 254,136 sf industrial facility in El Paso, TX. Construction began in October 2022.
“The need for distribution space in this dynamic market continues to increase,” said BSG Principal Will Stacy. “This project is an exceptional opportunity for tenants who want to be on Interstate 10, particularly for those companies moving goods across the border for distribution in the U.S.”
In response to demand for industrial space, BSG has purchased a second site for development in the burgeoning El Paso market. The 10.5 acre site is located less than one mile east of Ten Gateway One and is also on Interstate 10.
“We expect to begin construction of Ten Gateway Two, our new 156,000 sf industrial facility, on this site immediately,” said Stacy. “When completed, it will be ideally located approximately six miles from the Zaragoza Gate into Mexico and will provide excellent access and visibility for tenants in the El Paso market.”
