Love the idea of a brand-new home in a rural setting? Put Peachtree on your radar! 🌳🏡

This upcoming community near Alvin and Liverpool in Brazoria County will bring new construction to a rural area about five miles east of Highway 288 and 28 miles south of Downtown Houston.

The first homesites are expected to be ready for builders between April and June 2027. Plans include parks, open space, tree preservation areas, future retail—and a lazy river pool with a shaded pavilion! 👀🌿

For buyers drawn to a country setting with neighborhood amenities, this could be a community worth watching.

Starting home prices and a grand opening date haven’t been announced yet, but I’ll keep you updated as more details become available.
