As this year is coming to an end I look back and I am thankful. I had so much time to reflect and I’ve learned so much about myself.
Although 2020 was a tough one, I was able to accomplish one of my goals.
Real Estate is a passion. I manifested this goal and I’m here now!

Took some time off from strategizing, and trying to discover my new niche.
I have decided I want to focus on wholesale real estate & I definitely want to work on residential properties.
Now I can select my broker based on the mentorship they provide towards wholesale real estate.
I am this close👌🏽 to selecting my broker!
I can’t wait to start working with you Houston! 🤘🏽

Advice to new real estate agents:
1. Vet at least 5-8 brokers
2. Lookup brokers near you, just in case you need to go into the office and utilize your resources
3. Always ask about monthly & upfront sponsorship fees
4. Go with a brokerage that best fits your needs, time wise, specialty wise & culturally
