A few things that I know to be true that’s happening as we speak regarding the market.🏡👇🏻

- 30 year mortgage rates fell nearly a full 1% yesterday on the optimistic news from the Fed, with officials anticipating 3 rate cuts next year.

-Buyers were mobilized on this news. They are now shopping. At all price points.

-Sellers started to get more showing
requests.

-The more buyers there are, the more competition.

-When people compete over you, you're probably not lowering the price of your home. They already want you.

-These trends will likely increase day over day, more buyers and less pricing flexibility.
If your cash, buy now and get a good deal
while you can.

-If you're financing, buy now and get a deal.
If you wait, just know this: you can never renegotiate your mortgage principal, but you can renegotiate your rate at literally any time.
