Elissa Stone is the Owner and Founder of Acquisitions By Design, a vetted real estate syndicator with Total Wealth Academy, and Partner and Team Lead of Total Wealth Realty Team, a division of Total Wealth Academy. 🌟

Elissa started her first real estate LLC in 2018. Her journey started with single-family redevelopment with the end goal of multi-family ownership. Along the way, some of the best mentors in the business (including Noble Mortgage), were pivotal in her real estate education furthering her desire to continue to grow both personally and professionally. 🏢🔑

Elissa specializes in representing investors in Portfolio Deals, resulting in over 175 single-family homes sold in one calendar year. Commercial ownership and management of 80 units that include both multi-family and storage units. She also recently launched the Total Wealth Realty Team in June of 2023, with team results of 19.3 million in sales volume within the first six months. 💼
