Waffle House is coming to Caney Crossing! We're looking forward to them joining us in a new section of the development.

The new Waffle House location slated to open in New Caney is pending with Houston city officials for review.

Criss Cross Commercial Group (CCCG) completed the sale of an affiliate-owned retail asset located at 7909 Hillcroft to a local investor. The sale of 7909 Hillcroft is the completion of a successful transformation of this multi-tenant retail property in Southwest Houston. Transforming this property included the addition of a new pylon sign, converting gross leases to professional NNN leases and improving the tenant mix. CCCG will continue to look for similar opportunities to use our expertise to successfully transform properties and create additional value in the process.

Michael Deck brings decades of retail design and construction supervision experience to CCCG. He will focus on creative solutions to build new properties as well as meeting the demands of tenants at our existing properties. With a background as an engineer, Michael has spent the past 11 years as the Director of Design, Planning, and Construction for a national retailer. During his time there, he was an instrumental source in the explosive growth from 30 locations to over 300. He has worked with several national retailers, helping them grow into major competitors in their markets. Michael is very active in his local business community. He spends his free time helping guide development in his small-town Texas community.
