We're thrilled to share some exciting news!

The LandPark Brokerage Services team comprised of Isabel Galvan, Tim M. Thomas, Austin Honey and Andrew Nguyen represented Jetstream of Houston, LLP, a Subsidiary of Federal Signal Corporation, on their acquisition of 4133 Southerland in May, 2024. This new property, comprising of 3 buildings and spanning +/- 81,200 Total SF (Crane Served) on +/- 6.9 Acres, will serve as their new campus for future growth. Located strategically West of the US Hwy 290/W – 43RD Street intersection, it offers excellent access to the expansive highway system and to the Port of Houston and beyond.
