In addition to leasing the property, Junction‘s Construction Management division was retained by the landlord to complete extensive site improvements to accommodate the new tenant’s requirements. Improvements included new paving and asphalt parking, stormwater system upgrades, and significant interior renovations. Junction’s ability to provide construction management services in addition to its leasing expertise delivered significant value to the client, helping facilitate the tenant’s occupancy and ensuring the property was efficiently prepared for its new occupant.
