Ashley Khalaf joins the team as Executive Assistant to the CEO, where she works closely with Reed Vestal, SIOR, CCIM to ensure priorities remain aligned, initiatives stay on track, and both business and personal commitments are managed with precision.

Isiah Guillermo joins Junction as Financial, Assets, and Operations Associate, contributing to the firm’s financial integrity and operational efficiency. Working under the direction of senior leadership, he continues to build his expertise across accounting, finance, and asset operations.

Hailey Mencia steps into the role of Executive Assistant, providing high-level administrative support to senior leadership and helping ensure day-to-day operations run efficiently. Future plans for the site include the development of Allora Fallbrook, a 366-unit Class-A multi-family community. Trammell Crow Residential in partnership with Haseko North America, Inc. have broken ground on the site and anticipate the first units to be delivered and ready for occupancy in early 2027.
