Isiah Guillermo joins Junction as Financial, Assets, and Operations Associate, contributing to the firm’s financial integrity and operational efficiency. Working under the direction of senior leadership, he continues to build his expertise across accounting, finance, and asset operations.

CLOSED DEAL // Will Murchison and John Saucer of Junction Commercial Real Estate represented Trammell Crow Residential in the off-market purchase of ± 13.33 acres on Beltway 8 and Fallbrook Drive in Houston, Texas. Future plans for the site include the development of Allora Fallbrook, a 366-unit Class-A multi-family community. Trammell Crow Residential in partnership with Haseko North America, Inc. have broken ground on the site and anticipate the first units to be delivered and ready for occupancy in early 2027.
