Margarita is known for her patient, understanding approach and her honesty, sincerity, and transparency throughout the real estate process. As a result, she has built trusting, long-lasting relationships with her clients, with more than 80% of her business founded on referrals and repeat clients. Born in Venezuela to parents from Spain, Margarita also lived in Mexico and Argentina before moving with her family to Houston in 2004. She is fluent in both Spanish and English and holds a law degree from Andrés Bello Catholic University in Caracas, Venezuela. Margarita was originally drawn to a career in law in order to protect and defend people’s interests, and she brings those same ideals to her role as an agent — by serving her clients with the utmost professionalism, integrity, and dedication. In her free time, Margarita enjoys exploring the outdoors and experiencing everything the multicultural city of Houston has to offer. For the past 13 years, she has worked as a volunteer in emergency services for a local church. She is a proud wife and mother to two boys who have followed in her footsteps, launching their own real estate careers in Austin.
