▫️ Just because your home isn't technically ready for showing yet, doesn't mean you can't start the process of letting people know it will be available soon!

2️⃣ Declutter your home
▫️ Start organizing for your move and get rid of things you won't take with you. Buyers want to be able to see themselves in homes when they go for showings.

3️⃣ Start staging
▫️ Design your home to highlight its best features.

4️⃣ Figure out a kid/pet plan
▫️ Make sure you have a plan in place for when your showings happen.
