π Hey SPM residents β pool season is underway!
A few quick reminders to help everyone enjoy the community pool:
π·οΈ Access cards
Lost your access card or need to add someone in your household? Submit a request in the Buildium Resident Center app and weβll take care of it. Replacement cards are usually ready within 2 business days.
π§Ή Morning maintenance
Our pool service vendors typically work early (about 6β9 AM). If the pool is briefly closed for cleaning or chemical balancing, thatβs why β it reopens once water chemistry is safe.
β οΈ Safety first
πΉ No lifeguard on duty β swim at your own risk
πΉ Children under 14 must be with an adult
πΉ No glass containers at the pool
πΉ No diving in shallow areas
πΉ Pool hours and rules are posted at each gate
See something wrong (broken tiles, equipment issues, water concerns)? File a maintenance request in the Resident Center app right away β quick reports keep everyone safe.
