Lost your access card or need to add someone in your household? Submit a request in the Buildium Resident Center app and we’ll take care of it. Replacement cards are usually ready within 2 business days.

🧹 Morning maintenance
Our pool service vendors typically work early (about 6–9 AM). If the pool is briefly closed for cleaning or chemical balancing, that’s why β€” it reopens once water chemistry is safe.

⚠️ Safety first
πŸ”Ή No lifeguard on duty β€” swim at your own risk
πŸ”Ή Children under 14 must be with an adult
πŸ”Ή No glass containers at the pool
πŸ”Ή No diving in shallow areas

βš™οΈ Are the gutters clear ahead of August storms?
βš™οΈ Has the water heater been checked for leaks or sediment buildup?
βš™οΈ Are the seals around windows and doors intact (or letting your cooled air escape)?
βš™οΈ Has the exterior been pressure-washed this season?
βš™οΈ Is the lease aligned with peak-season turnover (or expiring in January when nobody is moving)?
