That means if you randomly pick a Realtor out of a hat, there’s a 3 out of 4 chance they didn’t sell a single home all year. 😳
In 2025, there were roughly 1.3 million licensed Realtors in the U.S. 👉 923,543 of them didn’t sell a single home.
Only 7% of the TOP agents IN THE U.S. closed 5-9 or more deals and I’m grateful to say I’m one of the 7%. 👏
