Wow. Where do I begin?
Our story starts 1.5 years ago when I was 6 months into real estate. I met my clients at an open house and nurtured them for almost a year before they were ready to buy. They were adamant that they wanted a new construction home; I set the expectation that “just because it is new, doesn’t mean it won’t have its challenges,” & boy did that ring true.
My clients interviewed many other agents & did their research before coming back to me. I didn’t care, in fact, I encouraged them to do so! Because this milestone moment of buying a home, needs to have the right team around it. I knew they’d come back to me. I was confident. Vibes don’t lie & did we vibe!! I have enjoyed getting to know them over most of my real estate career; the banter, the hard days, the fun days, the uncertainty & anxiety ridden days a real estate transaction brings to first time home buyers, I was ready for the challenge.
My clients had their hearts shattered when their original home was no longer an option. The situation, neglect, the worst transaction in real estate history, was devastating to all of us. I cannot describe the sadness I felt for my clients; so close, but so far away from moving into their new home. But we persevered. We closed on this beautiful home at Commons of Ella today. The listing agent, & her team at , & Oracle City Homes, were a dream to work with. They empathized with my clients and made magic 🪄happen.
I will be forever grateful for this experience, my clients, who now share a unique bond, & my resilience and intuition navigating us through this transaction. Many people would have given up. I heard it the whole transaction; fighting for my clients & needing help & advice where it went radio silent was a tough pill to swallow. I am EXTREMELY grateful to those who DID answer the phone, who listened to me on hard days, on days when I wanted to give up but couldn’t let my clients down, & who gave me strength to keep going.
Today we cried very happy tears as it was a day that felt so far away for so long. I am so so happy for my clients, who have turned into my dear friends. It is a memory I will cherish for a lifetime ✨
