Some journeys just take a little longer... and for Tonya, it was all about timing.

We first connected back during Covid. It turns out, the market wasn’t right. Prices were inflated, inventory flew off the shelf, and for her, it just didn’t make sense to buy at the time.

Rather than forcing a move that didn’t feel right for her family, she waited. She stayed patient, stayed focused and stayed in touch.

And it paid off.

Yesterday, Tonya closed on the perfect home — one that fits her family, her goals and her vision for the future.
