The coolest experience:

I had a friend request on IG and person happen to be a member of my gym. We crossed paths in the cafe and I Noticed he was working on finding land. Lucky for him, I know a bit about large acreages and told him ”hold that thought”.
Next day I had a tour booked to look at tracts about 3 hours away. Literally we have now had 5 minutes worth of conversation.
Hopped in his truck and drove 6 hours round trip plus 2 looking at different tracts, which he ended up purchasing the BEST 12.5 acres in the area if I do say so myself 😎 During that trip he told me about a situation he was having with a house he owned. I wanted to help bc that is who I am… helper/problem solver….

I have worked for 7 months, researching, investigating, going to every govt building, speaking to anyone who would listen, searched for a real estate attorney who would actually PUCK UP THE CASE and HOUNDED them for MONTHS on a weekly basis. Even did more digging and actually found the mysterious persons contact info.

I can proudly say that 7 months of VERY hard work, sleepless nights, brainstorming and everything in between, there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

There is now a resolution and after 3 YEARS of stress and being STUCK, it has finally come to an end! I am so happy that I was able to help this amazing human out of a really bad spot.

We are both going to sleep like BABIES tonight knowing this is all behind us 💖💖💖
