A lot of buyers assume inventory homes are completely non-negotiable…
Meanwhile I negotiated:
✔️ $35K off the price
✔️ on top of a previous $100K+ reduction
✔️ $20K toward closing costs
✔️ carpet changes
✔️ study doors added
✔️ carpet removal downstairs
✔️ AND kept the 4.99% rate incentive
And no… they did not agree to everything immediately. 😅
This is why strategy, timing, and negotiation still matter with new construction homes.
