About Ken; Having been in the furniture industry for 30 years, as a store owner, buyer, sales manager and spokesperson for commercials, Ken has transitioned over to Real Estate. After graduating from college Ken moved back to the Houston area and has lived in the Spring and Cypress area for over 30 y

ears. He also studied under Dr. Deming for several years. Ken is very skilled in customer service and delivers an exceptional experience to all of his clients. He was an active Member and past President of the Klein Collins Football Booster Club. He was an active member of Sigma Chi, and past college football player. Ken now enjoys playing golf, taking his dog for long rides in his old convertible. Ken has three kids all married and living in the Houston area. He has only one granddaughter at this point. Ken also, just happens to be married to Holly Jones, who is a member of the Jill Smith team. About Holly; A lifelong resident of the Houston area, Holly graduated from the University of Houston. Upon graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education, Holly taught in Cy-Fair ISD for 10 years. As a former educator, she has extensive knowledge of the Cy-Fair school systems which can be helpful for home buyers deciding on the best schools for their family. Holly has lived in many areas of Houston including the Tanglewood, Walnut Bend, Copperfield, and Cypress. As a native Houstonian, Holly has a tremendous love for this city. Holly decided to pursue a career in real estate and joined The Jill Smith Team as a Real Estate Agent. She enjoys helping educate her clients in the home buying and selling process. As well as the many different loan programs that are available for educators, First Responders, first time home buyers, and Veteran’s, as well as the seasoned home buyer. Holly’s energetic and outgoing personality helps build lasting client relationships far beyond the closing date. Her effective listening and communication skills help her give the very best service to her clients. Holly’s knowledge of the Houston area, and her background in education guarantee her clients a successful home buying or selling experience every step of the way. Holly has been a resident of the Copperfield and Cypress areas for 21 years. She and her family currently live in Blackhorse Ranch. Holly has two wonderful daughters, and a great dog named Bogey. In her free time she enjoys playing golf with her husband, bike riding, spending time with her girls, college football, and trying out the new local eateries.

So much fun today watching HGTV film one of my listings for “House Hunters.” They contacted us about 2 weeks ago. My seller’s were thrilled to have their home selected. They chose it because it was in the price range and area the buyer’s were looking. Learned a lot of info on the process of filming this show. For one they have to put tape over every brand name on appliances and cars. Second…they filmed them driving up to the house 6 times (with several cameras on the dash and dash window), and a camera man in the back seat. I know more tea….but NDA’s are involved. 🤫 They will email me the air date. It should be in about 3-4 months.

Two weeks ago I was approached by HGTV asking to use one of my listings for their show House Hunters! It was fun to see the behind the scenes. They will email@me when it’s airing. They said about 3-4 months! My seller was really tickled to be asked to film her home. I got some fun tea about how everything goes down on the show. There are some NDA’s though. 🤫
