What people always ask me🤔❓Gaby, what is going to happen to the real estate market in Houston❓I don’t have a 🔮but my opinion is that home prices are not going to go down. We continue to have very low inventory and many buyers, and that continues to favor sellers. However, the motivated buyer can be sure that despite paying a little more to secure the home as a result of the current low inventory and increased buyer competition, the home buyer can be sure that he is going to make an excellent investment, as prices in 2022 will gradually increase. If you are a buyer and are in need of a home, now is the right time to buy, do not wait for the interest to increase. If you are a seller, take advantage of all those buyers who are enjoying low interest rates, who are approved and ready to buy your home!
Lo que siempre me preguntan🤔❓.. Gaby que va a pasar con el mercado inmobiliario en Houston❓No tengo una 🔮Pero mi opinión es que los precios de las propiedades no van a bajar. Seguimos teniendo poco inventario y muchos compradores lo que sigue favoreciendo a los vendedores. Sin embargo el comprador motivado puede estar seguro de que a pesar de pagar un poco más para poder ganar la la casa producto de este fenómeno de escasez y competencia, el puede estar seguro de que va a realizar una excelente inversión ya que los precios este 2022 se van a incrementar paulatinamente. Si eres comprador y realmente necesitas una casa este es el momento ideal.. No esperes a que el interés se incremente. Si eres vendedor aprovecha todos esos compradores motivados que están gozando de la baja tasa de interés,que están aprobados y listos para comprar tu casa!
