A good listing photo is one moment in a much longer process.
For many of my sellers, preparation takes weeks. We start with a walkthrough, work through staging guidance, and decide whether repairs are needed. Then come the photographs, presentation, and marketing. Once an offer is accepted, there are still inspections, decisions, and deadlines to work through.
Quarry Stone is a good example. My seller and I started back in June, with a couple of months spent getting the home ready. We've worked through a few bumps along the way, and we're now scheduled to close next week. I'm grateful for her trust and for the referral that brought us together.
The coming-soon lease on Moss Lane in Porter has a different story. A returning investor client is bringing her property to me for listing marketing. I've partnered with a property management firm to handle ongoing management, so each of us can focus on our specialty and she has support for both parts of the job.
Some of these relationships began with past clients or close friends. Others came through the Ramsey team—I'm proud to serve as a RamseyTrusted® real estate pro—or from someone calling for help with their home. However we meet, I want people to know what happens next and who is keeping things moving.
I've been sharing a six-part home-selling series on my feed that explains more of that process. These six homes show different stages of it: preparing, on the market, and working toward closing.
Among the available homes are the fully furnished townhome on Amos Street near Rice University and the Texas Medical Center, and Tan Oak in Porter, now offered at $239,900 after a $10,000 price reduction.
We're also preparing more homes, with three additional sale listings and three leases anticipated over the next two to three weeks.
If one of these homes looks like a fit for you or someone you know, I'm happy to share the details.
